In case you’re interested, here are the lyrics. If you want the chords you should be able to work it out fairly easily, it’s a basic early Rock progression.
Buddy Holly’s Alive
When I was a boy I went to a show
Some called it noise others rock and roll
It was in 59, in Clear Lake Iowa
The music sounded fine we knew what it was
Come with me tonight
Cause Buddy Holly’s alive
Ritchie Valens is there
And J.P.’s doing his share
The people stood in line, snow was coming down
The people didn’t mind, when they heard the pretty sound
When they came onstage the Surf began to rock
The music came of age, I prayed it would never stop
Now we all know how it went, the story has been told
But it didn’t really end out there in the cold
Cause now I’m on that stage playing Buddy’s songs
We won’t forget his name the legend will go on
